I enjoyed every minute of our stay the view was brilliant. I will be returning
The lack of parking for check in when you arrive. The only other thing was I was paying cash but I needed to have a card so they could process and hold $200.00 but we got it sorted just took a bit more time than it should have.
Position and amenities. Great staff.
Air con filters needed cleaning badly. Room had many marks to kitchen and splash backs.
The male receptionist was was unhelpful to the point of rude.

The apartments were very clean, everything was easy to use and find.
I stayed for 6 nights at Evolution apartments whilst in Brisbane for a conference. The location was ideal , just near the Kurilpa footbridge across to Southbank. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was serviced daily. For self catering there was a convenience store a few doors away that catered for almost everything needed. There were also a couple of great cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff allowed me to use another apartment's washing machine when mine did not work and could not be more helpful. It was close to the city and taxi service was excellent when needed.
My room was near the lift well and there was some noise through the bedroom wall.
It took three (3) rooms to get one that the a/c worked
They had comfortable beds, great shower and great in-room facilties for family with a toddler
The pool was not available to use and was a reason why we chose to stay there
It was close to the city, secure car parking and the apartments were adequate furnished.
Windows should be double glazed to deflect traffic noise, there should be a TV screen in the main bedroom, the lounges are inadequate - they are too narrow and therefore uncomfortable to sit in. The room was supposed to be non smoking but there were 3 cigarette butts on the verandah.
Close to city centre and was available at a good rate.
Air conditioner turned on and off and was very noisy. Staining on lounge furniture was very significant. Sky lounge was not suitable for many to share. Cleaners came very early in morning which is not appropriate for leisure travellers.
The location is great and the beds are really comfy, not your usual hard hotel bed.
The lifts are really slow
The room was nice, if we recieved the one we booked it wouldhave been better.
We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and when we arrived was told that we are staying in two seperate one bedroom rooms and all 2 bedrooms apartments were booked out, even though we clearly booked one. We were just pretty much told 'bad luck'. We also were given rooms that had the view of a building under construction, when we were meant to have river views in our 2 bedroom apartment. Very dissapointing. Also there was a loud waterpipe sound running through the walls all night witch was annoying.
